Barbarea vulgaris 'Variegata' (Yellow Rocket) is a flowering plant in the Brassicaceae family. It is native to Eurasia. It is a perennial plant that grow to 12-18 in (30-45 cm) by 6-9 in (15-22 cm) wide. An evergreen rosette of wavy-edged, glossy green leaves marbled with cream blotches. It blooms in Spring with branching sprays of bright yellow flowers. The preference is full sun, moist to mesic conditions, and a fertile loam or clay-loam soil. Growth is less robust at dry sites with poor soil.
